Sooo I know finding good tutorials are tough. I once found an awesome site with a billion different effects, but the tutorial is written, not video.

Lol now if you’re like me, you don’t like reading, you like seeing. So what I do is try and find a single effect I want to do and find it. For example… just want a certain color to show and no other colors. I found that it’s easier to look for tutorials based on images NOT gifs, all on youtube. For some reason, it’s easier for me to find image effects that I can transfer over to gif through trial and error.

My last tip for advice is to find already made tutorials by us fangirls (and fanboys ;D). It might sound crazy, but find some youtubers like this girl who makes tutorials on gifs. Where to find these fans? Tumblr, google, etc. Who are they? Kpop fans! Beiber fans! One direction fans! TV show fans like Doctor Who! They all probably make gifs with effects and have tutorials… but I wish I had time to find them. lol
